The Princess and the Pirate!

Jasmine and Cameron got new beds! We decided it's time to split them up. So we'll begin by getting Jasmine's bed ready and then she can slowly move in when she's ready. She was excited to try it out! Cameron's new bed theme will be a pirate! Once she's in her bed, we'll set his up. So no pictures of his yet. But here's Jazzie!

Yea! Relatives come to visit!

It's so rare we have relatives visit! Cousin Kori and Mike came to visit us! Jasmine, who does not warm up to many people, absolutely loved Kori and Mike!

Saturday's disaster

Yes, now I expect daily disasters. Today's disaster was the bathroom shower upstairs. Water now pours down into the living room when the shower is in use. Ok, new floor on the way apparently and shower out of use until then.

Then, we went to the zoo lights and Jasmine looked miserable. So we left. She threw up all night long! But she's all chipper this morning. I think it must have been too much cake at the birthday party she went to.

And then! Last night a transformer caught fire near by, so we lost power all night long! Thank heavens we had Jasmine's 25 cent radio we got at a yard sale! We could hear the news!

Stay tuned for the next disaster. I'm sure it's on the way!

Birthday party for friend Natalie. Location: Gymboree.

Zoo lights!

Our only connection to the outside world as we sit without power. Jasmine's 25 cent yard sale radio!

New name for the blog

I'm going to rename this "disaster of the day". Here's the aftermath of the last storm for Friday's disaster.

Here we go again.

Ok, have you noticed I didn't write a christmas letter this year? I had a hard time of what I would say. It would go like this:

In the last month, a large tree limb fell in the front of our yard. I had just gotten the twins out of the car and left. If we were home, both our cars would be crushed. A week later, a massive oak tree fell in the back yard, demosishing part of our house. Then, Jonathon's transmission blew in his car last week. Oh that was an expensive trip to the car shop. Let's move on to this week. I was on the highway stopped in traffic when a van plowed into me. Ok, once again, the twins were out of harms way and not in the car. I'm sore and the back of my car won't open, but hey, I'm for the most part fine. Let's get to today. Back to the trees! Now the top half of the magnolia tree fell. Haven't even seen what it may have crushed. Oh and our fence fell down between us and Holly's house. But hey, I guess we could say we have a pool in our back yard now. So, that would be my holiday letter. Better just send pictures of the twins and call it good! Not sure what's going on under here yet! Will deal with it in the morning! So, you better believe I will be happy to see this year end!!

Ok, time for cute!
