Hood River

We had the week off from work. So we went to Hood River for a little vacation. As usual, the first night was rough w/ the babies. They always seem to wake up a lot the first night in a strange place. So were were exhausted the second day. But we did the Fruit Loop tour. No, not the cereal tour, but Hood River is famous for growing pears, apples and cherries. We also checked out one of the ski places on Mt. Hood called Cooper Spur. Jasmine and Cameron got lots and lots of mommy and daddy time and they had a ball. On the way back we went to the outlet mall and bought them a big blow up toy you'll see. As usual, they were very glad to get home and play with their toys!

Christmas!

We spent xmas eve at our friends house. Cameron and Jasmine enjoyed the night, but Cameron would not go to sleep in his pack and play! So he got to stay up real late.

Xmas day we had a nice morning with Jasmine and Camerone Here's some pictures of xmas day. They got up at the usual time, 6:07 am. But they were tired! We taught them how to open gifts. Well, we tried. They didn't get the hang of it, but sure enjoyed the paper and ribbon! After breakfast, they took a nap and we helped them out by opening their gifts. They got so many nice things! Some really adorable outfits, including a Bronco's sweatshirt for our little Bronco fan. And some really nice toys! Here's a few pictures.

Look Santa, we've been really good babies!! We didn't even cry sitting on your lap!

We're 10 months old!

They went for their 10 month check up yesterday. Jasmine has Croup. I thought she just had a cold and thought that she and Cameron were making funny monster noises for fun. Turns out it's croup. I'd never even heard of that term before! It's like laryngitis for adults. Swollen voice box and stuffy noses.

Stats!!

Cameron is once again the big brother! She's 30 inches long and he's 30.5. She weighs 20.9 pounds and he weighs 21.5 pounds. She's in the 75% for weight and height. Cameron's 90% height and 60% weight.

They didn't get their shots though because she was sick and figured he'd get sick next. But I think he already got it and his funny monster sounds were croup!

Waiting for xmas!

We went to the zoo lights. Although it was cold and they were tired, they were snuggly warm in their snowsuits! They also love the xmas tree. Just like the cats, they like to bat them off the bottom.

The family

We had a good week. Last night was our work xmas party. We brought the twins with us and spend the night at the Grand Lodge. It was a fun night. Elodie had to go to her au pair party, so we brought another gal who spend the night as well. Unfortunaly we didn't get any pictures of the babies. So we're going back to Colorado!
